About Access & Policies
Our services are open to all people in Greater Manchester who are in need by reason of social or economic disadvantage, youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other social circumstances.
We do not restrict access by race, ethnicity, nationality, or membership. Any fees are minimal, with a clear remission policy so cost is never a barrier.
We uphold safeguarding, equality and diversity, and complaints policies, which are reviewed regularly to ensure our work is safe, fair and transparent.
